A report checking system comprises a digital platform server and a robot process automation host.The digital platform server stores multiple reports to be checked.The robot process automation host is electrically connected to the digital platform server via the communication network.The robot process automation host extracts the pending audit report from the digital platform server and judges whether the pending audit report includes non data annotation data indicating no data in the pending audit report. If the judgment is no, the robot process automation host prints the pending audit report through a printing device.By identifying each report to be checked by the robot process automation host and printing only the report to be checked on that day, the paper waste can be reduced.一種報表核對系統，包含一數位平台伺服器，及一機器人流程自動化主機。該數位平台伺服器儲存有多筆待查核報表。該機器人流程自動化主機經由通訊網路電連接於該數位平台伺服器。該機器人流程自動化主機自該數位平台伺服器提取該等待查核報表並判斷該等待查核報表是否包括一指示待查核報表無資料的無資料註記資料，當判斷為否，該機器人流程自動化主機經由一列印裝置列印該待查核報表。藉由該機器人流程自動化主機對該每一待查核報表的識別並只列印當日需要查核的該等待查核報表，從而能減少紙張的浪費。
